In the field of fermented food processing, we have developed a system for cooking or steaming the ingredients in order to destroy the cellular tissue, and thus producing organic fertilizer from sludge without any strong smells. The speed of fermentation is 1/10 of that needed by traditional methods, and the required space is 1/30.
