NON WASTE WATER & NON HAZARDOUS ODOR DRYING SYSTEM
Employing a super-high rate of heat efficiency, the completely non-polluting drying system converts hazardous odours into a non-polluting state, without producing a single drop of waste water.

Those materials which themselves give off hazardous odours – such as organic sludge (………, grease trap, sediments etc.), exuded water, liquid wastes, waste fish, raw excreta etc. – also usually contain a high concentration of BOD and COD in the waste steam generated during the drying operation. The same condition can be noticed in evaporated water when a material produces a strong smell during the drying process. In order to solve the problem of hazardous smells, traditionally either a deodorant apparatus is installed separately or a huge waste water treatment plant is installed. However, the design of any apparatus to counter hazardous smells is problematic because of big deviations in the level of concentration in strong odours (…………..) and the high concentration of BOD (ten thousand ppm). On the contrary, the Okadora Cyclone Dryer/Non Waste Water and Non Strong Smell Drying System is capable of decomposing ultra high concentrations of waste water and odours completely under high-temperature oxidization, regardless of any fluctuation in concentration regarding BOD and odour. What is emitted into the atmosphere after the decomposition process is without smell or pollutants. Not one drop of waste water is produced during the entire operation.

Okadora Cyclone Dryer operates with high rate of drying efficiency
The waste materials are reseived into a pit separately, from whitch they are transported to the specified storage pit, after screening of foreign partticles. Then, a fixed quantity of material is loaded into Okadora Cyclone Dryer. Inside of the dryer, there is a special designed fin, so called Cyclone Fin. witch rotates and moves the material agaist the heating panel in a form of thin-film at high rate of speed, 10 - 30m/sec. In this way Okadora Cyclone Dryer treats the material by 5 to 8 times higher rate of heat efficiency than those traditional drying apparatus.

Okadora Teinenpi treats waste water and smell completely into non pollutant.
Waste steam from drying operation contains odor and soluble nitrogen (BOD, COD). Waste steam at 100 deg. C is led to the Teinenpi deodorant furnace in which under direct burning system at higher than 650 deg. C, the elements of odor and BOD/COD are completely decomposed within 0.3 second of reaction time. A biggest characteristics of the Teinenpi is to fully recover the waste heat by triple stages. One is to recover radiant heat from reaction temperature. The second is radiant heat at the reaction, and the third is indirect heat recovery from waste heat. Through the steps, the waste gas gains its temperature increased at 500-550 deg. C up to the reaction chamber. This means that you need a fuel only for heating up to 100-150 deg. C, instead of full heat-up to 650 deg. C. Through the Teinenpi process, the elements of odor, BOD and COD, are decomposed completely, and the waste gas is emitted in air as non pollutant steam.
