Carbonizing Treatment Plant

Under a super-speed carbonizing system, the excrement/urine of livestock (slurry) is processed as a non-pollutant, without producing any waste water or hazardous smells.

Employing traditional methods, it was not possible to treat livestock excreta (slurry) because of its high water content. The Okadora Carbonizing Plant is able to achieve this, however, first of all through a process of drying, during which the elements of smell (the soluble nitrogens of BOD and COD) contained in the waste steam are completely decomposed by a process of thermal cracking. As a result of this, the waste steam is absolutely non-polluting and may be emitted into the atmosphere without one drop of waste water being produced. The carbonized products from slurry will be used as recycled products, such as floor covering for livestock, the blending ingredient of livestock feed etc.
