A large scale plant is assembled in a compact design, and functions without producing cooking ‘broth’ or waste water.
Raw garbage in the hopper is automatically fed through to the Cyclone Dryer. in which the loaded matter is treated under the ‘boil & dry’ process. Then the dried material is conducted to a refining device in which the material is processed into powdery particles and also foreign substances are segregated. After the refining stage, the material is subjected to a high temperature in the heat sterilizer at 133 deg. C. for 20 minutes, according to international standards for high-temperature sterilization. The sterilized material is then moved to an oil extractor (expeller), which reduces fat/oil down to 10% for the finished product – i.e. high quality livestock feed.
